A. Any mobile home park in existence on August 28, 1969, may continue to operate, although nonconforming to the requirements of this chapter, within the area and to the extent that it is operating, or designed to operate.

B. Such existing mobile home parks shall be required to have a permit under FNSBC 19.12.020, and such existing mobile home parks shall conform to the health requirements of Fairbanks North Star Borough and/or the State Health Department under FNSBC 19.12.010.
