A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated as the “Ester Lump Road Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.

B. The Ester Lump Road Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance power. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.100.)
