A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated as the “Vue Crest Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.

B. The Vue Crest Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance power. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.090.)
