14.16.100 Spruce Acres Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Spruce Acres Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Spruce Acres Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance power. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.120.)
