5.20.080 Spoiled ballots.

The Borough Clerk shall specify uniform procedures for replacement, registration and disposition of spoiled ballots. These uniform procedures shall be provided in writing to the election judges. (Ord. 2004-45 § 2, 2004. 2004 Code § 2.12.390.)
