A. qualified voter who cannot read, mark the ballot, or sign their name may request an election official or not more than two persons of their choice to assist them. If the election official is requested, they shall assist the voter. If any other person(s) is requested, the person(s) shall state upon oath before the election official that they will not divulge the vote cast by the person whom they assist.
