A. A candidate desiring to withdraw the candidate’s declaration of candidacy may do so by filing a written request for withdrawal with the Borough Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on the seventh day following the close of the filing period.

B. A declaration of candidacy presented shall not be changed as to term of office. If a candidate desires to file for a different seat, they shall withdraw in accordance with subsection (A) of this section, request a new form from the Borough Clerk and file in accordance with FNSBC 5.12.020.
