Members of the Land Management Advisory Commission shall serve a term of three years or until a successor is appointed and qualified, except the Assembly appointee. The terms of the commission members shall be staggered so that two terms will expire each year. The Assembly appointee shall be appointed for a one-year term, and may be reappointed if the appointee still serves on the Assembly. (Ord. 2000-23 § 2, 2000. 2004 Code § 2.80.030.)
