The commission shall annually elect a chair and vice chair from the members appointed by the Mayor and shall adopt rules for the conduct of its meetings. Robert’s Rules of Order shall apply unless the commission adopts different rules. (Ord. 2000-23 § 2, 2000. 2004 Code § 2.80.040.)
