There shall be a commission known as the “Trails Advisory Commission,” which shall consist of 13 voting members, to be appointed by the Borough Mayor and confirmed by the Borough Assembly. The Presiding Officer of the Borough Assembly shall annually appoint an Assemblymember to serve as the Assembly liaison to the Trails Advisory Commission.
