4.112.020 Terms of office.

A. The members of the first Trails Advisory Commission shall be appointed for the terms as follows:
1. Five commissioners for one year;
2. Five commissioners for two years;
3. Five commissioners for three years.
B. The commissioners shall serve without compensation. As the terms of the voting members of the first Trails Advisory Commission expire, their successors shall be appointed for terms of three years. The Borough Community Planning Director, and the Borough Parks and Recreation Director, may attend all meetings and may participate in all deliberations of the commission but shall have no vote.
