14.16.060 College Hills Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “College Hills Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The College Hills Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance power. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.070.)
