14.16.050 Diane Subdivision Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated as the “Diane Subdivision Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Diane Subdivision Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance power. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.060.)
