A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Musk Ox Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.

B. The Musk Ox Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance power. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.010.)
