A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated as the “Scenic Heights Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.

B. The Scenic Heights Service Area shall have road maintenance and improvement powers. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.020.)
