The Chief Financial Officer shall be responsible for billing and collecting all real property taxes, sales taxes, special assessments and miscellaneous revenues of the Borough. Undesignated remittances shall be treated as miscellaneous revenue in the General Fund. The Chief Financial Officer shall report revenue accruing to the Borough not anticipated by the fiscal year budget appropriation to the Assembly at least quarterly.
