A. Serve in an advisory capacity to the Mayor, Assembly and the Division of Natural Resources Development. It shall provide input on long-term policy issues;

B. Conduct a periodic review of land management policies and procedures as they affect the Borough residents. This review shall assess the role of the municipal entitlement land in the development of the Borough and recommend policies and procedures which most efficiently and effectively support that role. The land revenue reserve shall be examined as a permanent source of financial support of division activities and for periodic contributions to the General Fund;
