There is established the Land Management Advisory Commission consisting of seven members. Six members shall be appointed by the Borough Mayor and confirmed by the Assembly. The Assembly shall designate one member. Members shall be appointed with due regard to their interest or expertise in land management issues. (Ord. 2000-23 § 2, 2000. 2004 Code § 2.80.010.)
