City delegates shall serve without compensation from the Borough and shall not be officials or employees of the Borough. A delegate may be either an elected or appointed official of the city which they represent. (Ord. 2019-09 § 2, 2019; Ord. 73-21, 1973. 2004 Code § 2.08.070.)
