The Mayor shall, at a minimum, biennially in August present to the Assembly a written summary of the parcels proposed for sale or retention and a list of all other nominated land. The summary shall also contain a plan for implementing the sale or retention of the proposed parcels. An ordinance implementing the plan in whole or in part may be introduced for parcels intended to be disposed of in the current fiscal year after the public open house and presentation to the Assembly. Anticipated future fiscal year’s land sales may be included in the ordinance if the sale is contingent on consistency with an approved concept design plan (including configuration, size of lots, and easements).
