A Borough resident, including the Mayor, may nominate Borough lands to be sold or retained by filing a written nomination with the Division of Natural Resources Development. The Division of Natural Resources Development shall establish and maintain on the Borough website an online list of parcels available for nomination with a brief description of the parcel and its approximate location.
