14.16.530 Ullrhaven Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Ullrhaven Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Ullrhaven Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 83-8 § 2, 1983. 2004 Code § 14.08.610.)
