14.16.330 Keystone Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Keystone Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Keystone Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 81-97 § 2, 1982. 2004 Code § 14.08.410.)
