14.04.100 Commission – Oath of office.

Before assuming office, each commissioner and alternate commissioner shall take an oath in writing to faithfully discharge the duties of their office. The oath shall be filed with the Borough Clerk. (Ord. 2019-09 § 2, 2019; Ord. 85-127 § 2, 1985. 2004 Code § 14.01.111.)
