5.04.040 Administration of election.

A. The Assembly shall prescribe the general rules for the conduct of Borough elections.
B. The Borough Clerk, in accordance with the provisions of this title, shall administer all Borough elections.
C. The Borough Clerk shall adopt regulations as necessary to implement this title or to administer Borough elections in accordance with this title. (Ord. 2004-45 § 2, 2004. 2004 Code § 2.12.030.)
