Department directors shall determine the number of weekly and daily hours of work to be scheduled within the designated workweek applicable to their respective departments, in accordance with budget authorization. The Borough workweek is deemed to begin at 12:01 a.m. on Monday and conclude at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on Sunday.
