A. The Library Director, under the supervision of the Borough Mayor, shall implement a policy of Internet safety for all patrons and employees that includes the operation of Internet filtering software on every library computer with Internet access. The Internet filtering software must protect against anyone’s access through any such library computers to:

B. The Library Director, or the director’s designee, shall temporarily disable Internet filtering software on a library computer to allow an adult unfiltered Internet access for any lawful purpose.

C. The terms “child pornography,” “harmful to minors,” “minor,” and “obscene” shall have the meanings provided under 20 USC Section 9134(f)(7). (Ord. 2003-51 § 2, 2003. 2004 Code § 2.32.052.)
