19.08.040 Transfer of decal or title.

A. It is unlawful for any person to transfer a decal from one mobile home to another.
B. Any person who sells or otherwise transfers title of a mobile home with a decal on it may leave the decal on the mobile home; however, the new owner, including dealers, must register the mobile home as required in FNSBC 19.08.020. (Ord. 71-30, 1971. 2004 Code § 3.16.040.)
