14.20.040 Steese Volunteer Fire Service Area – Creation and powers – Commission.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Steese Volunteer Fire Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Steese Volunteer Fire Service Area shall have fire protection powers.
C. The Steese Volunteer Fire Service Area commission shall consist of five regular members and two alternate members. The alternate members shall serve in the absence or disability of regular members. (Ord. 2010-33 § 2, 2010; Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code §§ 14.08.290, 14.08.300.)
