14.16.520 Granola Estates Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Granola Estates Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Granola Estates Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 82-101 § 2, 1983. 2004 Code § 14.08.590.)
