A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Moose Creek Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.

B. The Moose Creek Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers.

C. The Moose Creek Service Area shall have fire protection power. The Moose Creek Service Area is merged with the North Star Fire Service Area for fire protection. The North Star Fire Service Area commission shall succeed to the rights, powers, duties, assets and liabilities for fire protection of the Moose Creek Service Area.
