A. A minor commits an offense if they remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the Fairbanks North Star Borough during curfew hours.

B. A parent or guardian of a minor commits an offense if they knowingly permit, or by insufficient control allows, the minor to remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the Fairbanks North Star Borough during curfew hours in violation of this chapter. Indifference as to the activities or whereabouts of the minor shall be prima facie evidence of insufficient control.

C. The owner, operator, or any employee of an establishment commits an offense if they knowingly allow a minor to remain upon the premises of the establishment during curfew hours.

D. A person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a violation punishable by a fine as set forth at Chapter 1.20 FNSBC. (Ord. 2019-16 § 25, 2019; Ord. 2019-09 § 2, 2019; Ord. 98-043 § 2, 1998. 2004 Code § 8.07.020.)
