A. The Mayor shall be the commission’s chair throughout the Mayor’s term of office as provided under FNSBC 2.04.030.

B. The commission shall annually elect a vice chair. The vice chair shall act in the absence of the chair or in the inability of the chair to act. (Ord. 2023-45 § 2, 2023.)
