“Riverfront” means land adjacent to the Chena River.

“Riverfront plan” means the comprehensive Chena Riverfront Development Plan as drafted and revised by the commission and adopted by the Borough Assembly and the council of the City of Fairbanks after review and recommendation by the Planning Commission and the Parks and Recreation Commission.
