Permanent records or minutes shall be kept by the secretary and the vote on each question shall be recorded. Every decision or finding shall be promptly filed in the Office of the Borough Clerk and shall be open to public inspection at reasonable times. (Ord. 80-27 § 2, 1980. 2004 Code § 2.62.070.)
