A board or commission shall annually elect a chairperson and a vice chairperson. The vice chairperson shall act in the absence of the chairperson or in the inability of the chairperson to act. (Ord. 2019-09 § 2, 2019; Ord. 82-30 § 2, 1984. 2004 Code § 2.21.110.)
