A. A person who violates any provision of this title is guilty of a violation punishable by a fine. Penalties for specific violations of this title are set forth at Chapter 1.20 FNSBC.

B. The court shall order a defendant convicted of a misdemeanor or felony under any applicable local, state, and/or federal law(s) to make restitution to the Borough for any animal held by Fairbanks North Star Borough animal control in protective custody or at the direction of police/prosecutors.
