21.28.050 Forecasting restrictions in the air quality control.

A. During the winter months of October through March, the Borough may issue a daily PM2.5 forecast and, when the division determines that the AQI category is forecasted to be moderate or higher, issue and advisory.
B. The division may notify local media to ensure the advisory is broadcast. The division may also use social media and methods of direct communication such as text messages as feasible.
