A. An owner or owner’s representative may request and shall receive review by the Borough Mayor of any addressing action under this chapter by filing a request within 90 days of notification of a street address assignment. The Mayor may grant any relief that is in accordance with this chapter, or if new information is presented, may remand the matter to the director for further consideration.

B. An owner or owner’s representative may decline an address change for a private road name, including a driveway, if they sign an acknowledgment that the delivery of emergency services, including police, fire and ambulance, may be delayed or unavailable.
