A. Pursuant to AS 29.35, any local exchange telephone company providing service within the Borough shall cooperate in the establishment of an enhanced 911 emergency reporting system.

B. The area served by the enhanced 911 system shall be the entire Fairbanks North Star Borough, excluding Eielson Air Force Base. (Ord. 2014-29 § 3, 2014; Ord. 2013-64 § 3, 2013; Ord. 93-057 § 2, 1993. 2004 Code § 8.03.010.)
