2.16.030 Succession to Office of Mayor.

If the Mayor is absent, or unable to perform the duties of the Office of Mayor, the succession to the Office of Mayor shall be determined in accordance with FNSBC 2.04.040. (Ord. 2012-35 § 2, 2012; Ord. 86-017 § 22, 1986. 2004 Code § 2.28.031.)
