Additions and other structures added to a mobile home located in a mobile home park shall not exceed the width or length of the mobile home to which they are added. Such additions shall not exceed the height of the mobile home by more than six inches. They shall observe the spacing and offset requirements for mobile homes in FNSBC 19.12.040(B) and (C). Complete responsibility for activities and uses embraced by this chapter and construction within a mobile home park shall rest with the owner of such park.
