The Borough Assessor shall design a decal and create appropriate registration forms and is authorized to issue regulations to implement this chapter. The Borough Assessor may require such information from mobile home owners as follows:

A. Owner’s name;

B. Owner’s mailing address;

C. Location of mobile home;

D. Occupant, if different from owner;

E. Manufacturer’s trade name and year;

F. Serial number;

G. Fairbanks North Star Borough registration number;

H. Lien holder;

I. Military or civilian status of owner. (Ord. 71-30, 1971. 2004 Code § 3.16.060.)
