19.08.050 Mobile home parks – Registration.

A. Every owner or operator of a mobile home park, or their agent, shall register with the Fairbanks North Star Borough.
B. The owner or operator of a mobile home park, or their agent, shall notify the Borough Assessor within five days after a space for a mobile home is rented or otherwise occupied.
C. The owner or operator of a mobile home park, or their agent, shall notify the Borough Assessor within 15 days after a mobile home is removed from a space and the Borough Assessor shall record such notice.
D. The Borough Assessor shall prepare and furnish notification forms for use by operators of mobile home parks. (Ord. 2019-09 § 2, 2019; Ord. 71-30, 1971. 2004 Code § 3.16.050.)
