A. The Borough Assessor must issue to the owner of a mobile home a decal for each registered mobile home and within 10 days of issuance the owner of that mobile home shall cause the decal to be visibly and prominently displayed on or near the entrance of the mobile home.

B. It is unlawful for any owner to fail to register a mobile home and it is also unlawful for the owner to fail to properly display such registration decal. (Ord. 71-30, 1971. 2004 Code § 3.16.030.)
