“Mobile home” means a mobile home, trailer, house trailer, trailer coach, or similar property used or intended to be used for residential, office, or commercial purposes, either temporarily or permanently; excepting such mobile homes which are unoccupied and held for sale by persons engaged in the business of selling mobile homes.

“Mobile home park” means an area, parcel or tract of land developed with facilities for locating two or more mobile homes. This term shall not be construed to mean tourist facilities for parking of travel trailers or campers. (Ord. 2016-40 § 90, 2016; Ord. 71-30, 1971. 2004 Code § 3.16.010.)
