A. Monumentation shall not be required for the elimination of lot lines when affected lots are under common ownership.

B. All exterior angle points in the subdivision shall be marked with primary monuments permanently set thus:

1. If not located within roadways or walkways, flush to the surface or protruding more than four inches above ground level;

2. If located within walkways or roadways, at least six inches below the surface of the roadway or walkway;

3. Primary monuments shall be stamped with the following information:

a. Location and identification,

b. Year set,

c. Surveyor’s license number,

d. Exact transit point.

C. All other corners shall be monumented with secondary monuments permanently set thus:

1. Flush to the surface; or

2. Protruding no more than four inches above the surface;

3. Secondary monuments shall be stamped with the following information:

a. Location and identification,
