A. Upon the submittal of an application for final plat approval, the Platting Officer shall review the application, plat, and supporting documents for compliance with this title and with any conditions imposed by the board upon approval of the preliminary plat.

B. Within five working days after submittal of an application, the Platting Officer shall do one of the following:

1. Accept the application for review and action;

2. If the application is incomplete, return it to the applicant with a written list of deficiencies to be satisfied for acceptance.

C. After acceptance of the completed application, the Platting Officer shall act upon the final plat application by either approving or rejecting it.

D. When the plat is approved, the applicant shall submit a final plat for recording in a format that meets the requirements of the district recorder’s office.

E. After approval by the Platting Officer, the final plat shall be recorded within five working days.

F. Upon request by either the Platting Officer or applicant, a final plat shall be scheduled for hearing by the Platting Board. (Ord. 2016-07 § 5, 2016; Ord. 2005-10 § 2, 2005. 2004 Code § 17.60.040.)
