When all conditions of the Platting Board’s approval of the preliminary plat have been met, and (except in the case of an authorized phased-filing or extension of time) no more than 24 months after approval of the preliminary plat, the application for final approval shall be submitted to the Platting Officer on a form provided for that purpose and shall include the following:

A. Copies of the final plat;

B. Such supporting documentation as may be required by the Platting Officer to establish that the applicant has met all conditions imposed upon approval of the preliminary plat;

C. Letter of acceptance of required improvements from the Borough or city engineer;

D. Signed and notarized covenants, if applicable;

E. Copy of error of closure of the subdivision boundary;

F. Power of attorney or corporate resolution, if applicable;

G. Current report issued by a title company;

H. Notarized signatures of all parties with a secured interest in the property to be subdivided or dedicated. Upon submittal of documentation to the Platting Officer that a secured interest party did not respond to the subdivider’s request for authorization, the Platting Officer will make one additional attempt to secure a response by certified mail, return receipt requested. If no response is received within 30 days of the returned receipt, it will be deemed that the secured party has no objection;

I. Copy of the Borough letter issued at preliminary approval setting forth conditions, if any;

J. Final plat fee;

K. If the final plat is not submitted for approval within 24 months of the date of preliminary approval, such approval shall be void. (Ord. 2005-33 § 6, 2006; Ord. 2005-10 § 2, 2005. 2004 Code § 17.60.030.)
