At the request of the Community Planning Director or emergency services director, the Platting Board may for good cause waive the petition requirements of FNSBC 17.36.020(A)(1), and the Platting Board may change, rename, or name an existing street, road easement, or newly established street within the boundaries of the Borough at any time upon notification of adjoining property owners of record, after public hearing, and after consultation with any other municipality directly affected thereby.
